Poor communications

Took my Kia for a brake fault they had it for two weeks (£200) and never found the problem, seemed more concerned over not honouring the warranty. Then went to a small family garage, they found the problem in 15 mins. New brake pads incorrectly assembled - Shelly informed me all callipers had been stripped and checked?? They say they spent 19hrs on it ?? Either they did not do what they said or their technicians need to go to Specsavers. !! Had to contact them ever time to find out what they were doing. Very poor customer service.
