Bad experience from the start

Stood in the main building for 10 minutes not one person spoke to me, when the receptionist did finally ask if I was ok I explain I wanted to view I car they had to be told a sales person with be with me shortly , 15 minutes late she returned with an excuse of the manager was currently dealing with something else and wouldn’t be much long so took it upon myself to look at the car with out a salesperson. The car ……. If I had part someone to clean my car the state of this was horrid! Windows half clean paint work looked like some one use a hard brush, bits missed round the trim. Inside just as bad, dog snot or kid prints everywhere, leather marked and dirty plus scratches in the leather. Condition of the car was poor at best….. front bumper had been damaged and very badly painted over and the same with the rear bumper. All around the car were scratches and on the roof. Bonnet was so tight it was like a catapult and then it wouldn’t close. Rear passenger door sounded like something was loose and what ever reason duck tape on the b pillar. This car was priced as a “very clean car” and at that value being top end of the type of car with all the options with this car had none of them. Looking at the rest on the forecourt they were all high end prices for the current market. Needless to say I left the car there but I will advise anyone using this company to do your homework because you will hide better at a lot lower price. Since my visit they have contacted asking what I thought of said car and iv explain so they asked if they could provide a list of cars in their group for me to view which I agreed , so after taking note of my requests they did indeed send a group list of the cars and surprise not one matched what I was after ….. they phoned again and if I’d seen anything on the list I was interested in to a reply of none of these are what I’m after and the sales reply “ yeah we haven’t got any like that “ Jesus Christ ….. stay away from these guys Dick Turpin is a better bet .
