Graham Vine.. You were simply brilliant. Personal, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, courteous, patient and quite frankly an all round gentleman! Many fear visiting a car garage, worried they will be steered to something that is perhaps over budget or not actually what they want. You however were completely different. You understood everything I asked and all with a smile. A little over 24 hours from taking the car for a test drive I was back at the dealership collecting my keys. An assist to Audi and a breathe of fresh air! Thank you for going above and beyond and making my dream come true!
