To be honest I guess it's my fault I didn't check the car as thoroughly as I should have. The car had an issue where it died randomly and he forgot the mention that. Luckily for me it turned out a cheap fix. He assured me that I had 12 months MOT but I've just discovered it's due next month!!! Had I not checked id have been driving illegally and could have suffered a fine. The cars worth £2000 and he charged me £2790. "Sold as seen" should've known.
