Buyer Beware

Bought my small car in December 2022 today was advertised with full service victory, which it didn't have. It was explained to me at the time of purchase, they handle warranty repairs. I live a fair way from them so went to my local garage to get a fault fixed, thinking it was a simple job. Turns out it was more expensive than I thought. Asked Car-isma, to go half with me as a goodwill gesture, I didn't go to them first as I thought it was a simple fix, so i felt that i hadn't given them a chance to fix it. I acknowledged I didn't approach them, even apologised. They won't pay the half of it, apparently they don't cover electrical repairs. Wish I'd known that at the start. On buying from them, be clear exactly what you're getting. Shame, as i thought they were different from other car dealers. Turns out they're not.
