To view kuga for mobility car

I came to the dealership on Thursday 26th January 2023 to view the ford kuga as a possibility to be our next mobility vehicle. There was one in the showroom but the battery was flat so you couldn't sit in it as the driver seat was electric and you couldn't move it and you couldn't access the boot to see the space to fit a mobility scooter in. I asked a member of staff if there was a key to open the boot to see the size of it to be you don't need a key it should open but the battery is flat so we can't open it. Not very helpful so we're be going elsewhere for our next mobility car.
