Excellent Customer Care By Nad

My Zoe developed a technical fault in Stourbridge yesterday requiring the RAC to attend. Before calling the RAC I called the dealer from where I bought the car 2. 1/2 years ago (not Sutton) to seek advice. The phones were constantly engaged but I eventually got through to staff. They could not offer any useful advice. I called Sutton Stourbridge and Nad called back. He offered to stay at the dealership late to receive the car had it been necessary. Ian, the RAC staff member attended and corrected the fault without needing to take the car to a dealership. The customer care by Nad was excellent. Thank you Nad And also Ian at the RAC! If I purchase another Renault it will be from Sutton Stourbridge because customer care is very important.
