Travelled all the way from Oxford to pick up my Octavia vRS. The deal was done over the phone and Ian from sales even offered to pick me up from the airport. Very helpful and honest. Received a video walk round of the vehicle highlighting any issues, scratches etc as I could not view and even agreed to refurb a wheel that was kerbed. Vehicle came with a full Skoda warranty and was part of their approved used vehicles with full service history and a full tank of fuel to get me home. Brilliant, honest and a pleasure to do business with them.
