Do not waste your time with this dealership! Absolutely terrible experience, avoid this dealership at all costs! I arranged to view a Range rover sport Autobiography and at first the garage was very helpful and arranged a viewing. Unfortunately the viewing had to be rearranged as the car, so I was informed was being, serviced. MOT’d And prepared. Thinking this was a good thing and very professional, I agreed to rearrange the viewing for today, and travelled 2-hours to see the car. To my disappointment the car was in a terrible condition, not prepared at all but covered in mud. I was then informed that the boss of the garage had taken the car out over the weekend and had punctured a tyre, so not only was the car not prepared, in a terrible state, but now a new tyre was required and I could not even test drive the car! This car was not as advertised, it didn’t even look the same colour, and the service promised was actually abysmal. Save your time and effort and avoid these cowboys, poor attitude, poor service, poor experience!
