I recently purchased a vehicle from Drive Hartlepool. The salesman was very good and could not fault him at all. However the vehicle had all the signs of Bluetooth connectivity both on the stereo and steering wheel. Sadly this was not the case. Upon collection the salesman and another trainee salesman attempted to pair my phone. When it didn't work I was informed it would require a wire. Thus said I took the vehicle and found out it didn't have Bluetooth of which I require for safety and legal reasons. I spoke to them and they did not want to know. Even the finance company tried. I offered to take time out of my day and even drive from Hartlepool to Newcastle to get this matter resolved at a fraction of the cost at only £150.Salesman was great but after care once they have your money is shocking. Up until this happened I would of gladly purchased another vehicle from them. Not now thou. Also thier Stockton branch offered a 12.mths warranty and all I got was 30 days. GREED! Not a happy customer.
