AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I wish I had seen the negative reviews on this site and Trustpilot before I bought a car from this dealership. It seems my experience is not unique. Good pre-sales service but woe betide if you subsequently have problems with your purchase. Six weeks after buying a car I had a problem with it and had to be recovered -twice. To cut a long, sorry, story short I was given the option of keeping the car (with its intermittent problem) or I was offered the trade price of the car - almost half of what I had paid only six weeks previously - and they would not budge on that offer. I had no confidence in the car and my conscious wouldn't allow me to sell it on so I felt the only option was to accept that paltry offer. Already feeling shafted imagine how I felt when that same car went back up for sale and appeared on their website, and for only £200 less than I had originally paid for it, not six hours later! I felt angry enough to write to the Director personally but was surprised to get a call from the original salesman (the Director is not, apparently, 'customer facing'!) berating me for making a complaint. He had nothing new to say to me apart from to tell me how 'aggrieved' he was that I had complained. Poor chap - but he's not nearly £2,500 out of pocket! Avoid this Dealership at all costs!!
