Absolutely useless from day one. They messed my name up on the finance documents to start with. They sold me a car that had faulty lighting and from the time I bought the car to when I picked it up there was a chip in the windscreen. I've had the car 2 years and each service has taken them over 8 hours to do. The car isn't even 3 years old and the windscreen is leaking and they'll hold your car till they can be bothered to actually work on it. If I were you I'd find another ford dealership.
