Shocking, Embarrassing, Arrogant
Alfa case number 01508450 Purchased a car from Motorvogue. They were fantastic when taking my money but I have now been left extremely disappointed with their customer service. From the moment I took delivery the car has been nothing but hassle. I have returned to the dealership five times due to faults, and they were unable to fully rectify. The management team are unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and unwilling to take responsibility for the issues. Full of stories and excuses not what you'd expect when you spend serious money. Good job the car has a warranty. I would not recommend Motorvogue to anyone unless you have plenty of spare time. Perhaps in future listen to the customer. Give the customer an option to swap vehicles, maybe offer financial goodwills, don't keep expecting a customer to waste there time and expect them to keep paying for a vehicle that's never been fit for purpose. Most importantly don't ignore the customer. Was supposed to have a meeting with the director and even he couldn't be bothered to turn up. You should be embarrassed. Arrogance is not a good look. Ps please don't reply with a message to say call or email. Read my review (I have) and perhaps take it on board. You may learn something.
