Selling my citroen C1

I went into Yeomans to get my car valued ( had called ahead) a man called Simon was sat at his desk with a colleague, he told me to wait. He carried on talking then eventually got up with 2 cups in his hand and said he would " dump these" and would be back in a "sec" he promptly went of upstairs into another office for a another chat with a colleague!!!! And left me sitting waiting ! I left. Not interested in me as a customer at all Bad customer service I will not sell my Citroën or indeed buy another from there
