Above and beyond Zoe Haugh

Zoe went above and beyond in her job role. She was always conscientious, knowledgeable, professional and polite. My used special blue edition Kia Ceed was delivered very quickly from Liverpool to Newcastle upon Tyne on transport by a friendly man named Phil who went through all the mechanics of the car because I had not driven it before. When I found the car online Zoe recorded a personal video for me, pointing out any small areas that would need to go through the body shop. Zoe communicated each day to let me know what was going on. Excellent service from Zoe and Lookers. Very pleased with my car. Would definitely recommend them and I would use Lookers again.
