Awful branch

Awful service. Branch manager rude and obnoxious, salesman taking 0 accountability for their error. Did not settle previous finance agreement for over 3 weeks despite having the car. 0 accountability or acceptance of their error, no process for complaints to be dealt with in regards to service - yet when you leave they beg for you to score them 10/10 of a feedback survey.
