Very Poor Customer Service

My car was booked in advance, they cancelled and rebooked it in after its MOT was due. They have looked after it since new, so they have its file. They then booked it in time for its MOT and service, I asked them to check rhe rear parking camera, but they returned it not checked. They booked it in for a new camera and confirmed still under warranty. Returned to me today, still not working with a call saying they are waiting for Toyota to confirm needs a camera and if under warranty. I will be going to Trading standards if this is not sorted within 48 hours, as this would be its 3rd visit within a month. Probably last visit to Croydon too.
