No point going into great detail but we brought a car last Easter and it has spent more time off the road than on! I also think the car finance company are friends of some kind as they pressured us to go with this company when we were doubtful. So after one day the gearknob broke, I rang and the bloke said to go to his "approved" garage. The man took photos and said he would order it. Still waiting as he said he can't find one. Two weeks later one of the rear brakes seized again I had to go to his garage. He rang and said he would get him to order the part, 3 weeks of calls and pestering his said that he couldn't find a caliper so what do I want him to do! Then told me to find the part myself which we did in 25mins, never got reimbursement for it. Two days after that repair the car went bang and stopped dead after masses of smoke. He wanted me to get it towed to another "approved" garage but then he did kindly offered to get a friend to collect for a cheaper fee. The warranty he gave us wasn't worth a thing! In 8 months of owning it we have had to put a new fuel sensor on it a new battery a new egr valve as the other one was silicone sealed together new glow plugs, cold start relay module as that was broken and cable tied up. One of the relay terminals was not connected. I tried to get help with the warranty but they were useless so I've had to pay for it all myself. I've tried to ring them before and all I got was the young gentleman saying "what do you want me to do" I also asked why I haven't received the log book yet after 6 months and he just went silent until I said "your not going to help are you?" he just said no. This was our first ever car we purchased from a sales centre and its been a horrendous experience. £3500 wasted. The car is off the road and probably won't be able to go back on the road. 5 years of debt for a garden ornament.
