Went out of their way to help

We were recently let down by a company who were supposed to collect my sons car for his MOT. They let us down on the day the MOT was due. He had taken the day off work due to having no car so it was a wasted days holiday. I rang around and nobody could help as it was such short notice. I contacted Ford in Prescot and the girl I spoke to was brilliant. She spoke with the team and despite them being full, they agreed to squeeze him in as we were desperate. We attended for the MOT the next day. The service dept were fantastic. The girls on the desk rang with regular updates and helped us find the best price they could for any work that was needed. I will only use these in future. I found all staff were professional, caring and trustworthy. Thanks again.
