I was going to purchase a crew van over the phone as this was a remote sale (23 December) I am entitled to a full refund so to cut a long story short I put a deposit down they wanted £200 they then came back and said they wanted another £ 160 to swop seats from another van 10 min later I cancelled the purchase so at that pint no work had been done, as the collection was not till Jan 4th and they now refuse to refund the £360 stating they did a lot of won the van absolute total pack of lies they claimed it cost them £40 to take it to an mot station , the mot station is on site they failed it with loads of faults on the 29th December 5 days after I cancelled it there charging me for that , I have every bit of evidence in text messages, and will take them to court , these people are just greedy and lie in order to keep your deposit . The law clearly states there is a 14 day cooling off period so unless Santa did all that work in 10 min it’s a pack of lies
