No Welcome

Wife and I visited today hoping to begin negotiations for a new Auris.'No-one welcomed us so I made and enquiry with a monosyllabic gentleman and was told abruptly that they don't make them any more. Perhaps the alternatives would have been interesting to hear about so shouted ,'Thank you' to the young man who perhaps was having a bad day and took our custom elsewhere.
