Received a dreadful service. Put a deposit on a car to be told that I would be able to pick it up a week later with full service and MOT. When I picked the car up the book hadn't been stamped to say it was serviced, I had oil leaking ALL over my drive, knocking noise in the back and Engine Management Light on. After heated telephone calls they agreed to get a trailer to pick it up and fix it. For two weeks they had my new car, my old car and my money. On the day I was due to pick it up I received a call to say the Engine Management light is on again and not to pick it up. They did eventually give me my part exchange car back and my money, but in the meantime I had to pay out for hire cars, endless trips to Worcester (80 odd miles away from where I live) car tax on a car I wasn't in possession of, plus change of insurance etc etc. And they say it has been a bad experience for them.
