Excellent for sales, but after sales very poor. Had multiple Issues with the car I purchased which were fixed under warranty but I have had half the rear windscreen elements fail. This appears to not be a warranty item. Having had the rear screen checked by my local Listers Volkswagen they suggested asking Newport Volkswagen to replace the rear windscreen as a good will gesture as there is no physical damage and the screen is in excellent condition as their technician described it as a defective component rather than failure due to damage or wear and tear. Having called and left 3 messages over a 3 week period with both the sales and service department I called a 4th time and finally got through to Grant the manager who stood his ground and refused as it is not a warranty item. He knew nothing of my message or my issue. There was no offer of good will, any good will gesture or even a simple apologies for the inconvenience caused. Feels like once they have your money they do not care. I hope other peoples experiences are different.
