In November 2022, we visited Chesterfield Stoneacre SEAt looking for a new car, following a long wait and bitter disappointment from another manufacturer. We were greeted and dealt with by a fabulous salesman called Jake Johnson. Very personable and approachable but without being pushy and overbearing as some car salesman can be. Made the whole experience of choosing and buying extremely easy and enjoyable. During the visit that day and over the next few days while the deal was going through, he made everything run smoothly, nothing was too much trouble. He dealt with any little problems we had, and answered all questions that arose. Any issues that couldn't be dealt with at the time were sorted quickly and efficiently for us. Picked our new car up one week later. Can't praise him and his colleagues highly enough. Have bought from SEAT many times over the years and will continue to deal with them again in the future. Would recommend SEAT and Jake to anyone looking for a new car.
