BEWARE....very bad experience
Buy at your own risk, owner is very pleasant indeed when you are at the point of purchasing. Should the car develop a fault, owner does not want to know! Purchased a Mercedes SLK recently, had the car 9 days and as soon as it rained the water leaked into the car on both the passenger and driver side. Car was taken to Mercedes dealership for diagnosis as dealer was not interested in discussing the matter. Mercedes dealership advised that the fault with the roof was significant and that the roof itself needed replacing. As car was purchased within 30 days we had a legal right to reject (return) the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As the dealer refused to communicate with us we had to refer the matter to the finance company. Even with the intervention of the finance company the owner of Country Car refused to communicate with them also and refused to take the car back. We were lucky that the finance company agreed with us needing to return the car and resolved our complaint. The finance company will now pursue the matter with Country Car direct. Please purchase any car at your own risk because if anything goes wrong with the car Country Car will ignore you, the warranty offered as standard by Country Car isn't worth the paper it is written on either so if you are minded to purchase from this dealer please insist upon a proper recognised warranty company. To protect yourself purchase with either a credit card or finance that way you will at least be protected and get you money back sooner should your car become faulty.
