Vanworld and Stoneacre head office

Don't waste your time or your money to buy from Vanworld branch or any other branch from Stoneacre! they are all crap with customer service and their vehicles are crap!. I bought a brand new van last year and took collection in March 2021 and ever since then I have had nothing but problems and the only resolution I have been given is the option to sell my vehicle back to them and they are going to want to give me peanuts. I asked for a refund or a exchange for a Ford transit van. They will take your money and leave you without any help I gave over £12,700 deposit and no help given. Even when they told me to contact head office. I haven’t received no call back from any manager from head office and this branch called me back but with no resolution they don’t care so warning to all before buying any vehicles. I live in London and the head office employee by the name of Ben told me to have my vehicle recovered to one of their workshops at my expense which is ridiculously stupid thing to say to a customer! and a complete idiot! Ben! told me because I am driving my vehicle problems occur! what a stupid thing to say to a customer! What is a vehicle used for?! what a complete and utter idiot and a jobsworth!. If I could give zero stars, I would!. Those people are just Con Artists and Scammers!. I have also emailed the CEO Shaun Foweather with my complaint, but still haven’t had a reply!.
