Car in undriveable condition.

Purchased a vehicle from Autopoint York and the vehicle broke down. They did try to repair it, but failed and then i took it to an independent garage to be inspected where they found several serious faults with the vehicle due to Autopoint carrying out poor workmanship. Autopoint had their own independent review done which stated the car wasn't in a good condition and shouldn't have been given an MOT. I have tried to reject the vehicle but Autopoint are now refusing to accept the vehicle back under my consumer rights and I have had to take legal action to which they are still currently denying fault despite their own report stating they are at fault.
