Very poor customer service.

We recently placed a deposit on an Audi APPROVED used car at Cheshire Oaks garage. After arranging collection and booking train tickets that were none refundable I called to chase up the order form. I was then told the car had a major fault with the engine and would not be sold. I then requested that the garage cover the cost of my train tickets that were wasted. I have chased this up with Jacob, Victoria and Callum but to date have not had the courtesy of a reply. Absolutely appalling customer service from a main Audi dealership. I was recommended to this garage by someone that as purchased from them before. I soon put the recommender straight for any future purchases. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
