DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased an Audi A3 just under 2 months ago from this dealership, I turned up to pick the car up and the car was not there as it was not ready, over an hour and a half drive wasted. Lily Motors then claimed to be delivering my car the next day, they did not turn up until over a week later on a working day after continuous contacting. A couple of weeks later I put the car in at my local trusted garage for a service and discovered that there was a large variety of faults with the vehicle including one fault in which nearly caused the car to catch fire and was extremely dangerous. They then chose to pick the car up and fully fix it rather than refund me for my purchase, they turned up to pick it up 3 days late AT MIDNIGHT on a working day. Now 2 and a half weeks down the line I have no clue as to what is happening with my car, when I am getting it back and strangely my logbook has still not come through the post. Disgusting service from the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Other issues with the dealership included: - extremely rude and Unknowledgable staff - Continuous lying - Forgetfulness - Basic communication skills - no service book delivered, even though was shown to me alongside the car I will be contacting trading standards today to complain about the service, I can only hope that nobody purchases from the company in the future as I fear if all their cars are not checked out, one will cause a serious accident.
