Worst After Sales Experience

Buying the car was a simple enough process. We bought on the promise of FSH & MOT documents being sent over, to which we were assured this would happen. After chasing them for 6 months for the documents, calls & emails ignored and being made to feel like we were pestering them I finally got through. 6 months of thinking you've bought a car without a service history was pretty stressful. We finally received the documents today, where I could see on the email trail they were requested 2 days ago. We were palmed off for 6 months. I would never use this company again.
