Overall we're happy with our Ford Focus we purchased a couple of months back. Car was presented well with a few marks around it, but quite clean for a car around 10 years old. Test drive without a salesman pressuring always help and so far so good. Had issue with window motor, so they ordered the part which took a few days and then had it fixed whilst i waited.
