I booked my car in for an MOT and Service. My MOT failed on emissions and rear brake pads,so I took car away to get fixed. On returning home I noticed that my dipstick had been snapped in the tube. Phoned to tell them and was firstly told my car doesn't have a dipstick (which it does) then was told the mechanic had to other mechanics right beside him when he opened the bonnet and they are witness's that no dipstick was present. Then got lied to on a few other occasions and Mr Thomson was contradicting himself in the matter. I wasn't looking for any money off or any money back,but just for them to admit it was their fault,but this did not happen. Customer service was terrible and I will not be back.
