Avoid - Does not care about customer car

Took the car (3-years old and bought at the branch in Cupar) in under warranty to have underlying fault fixed. Had to pay for the investigation under warranty and the fault wasn't fixed. Booked the car back in whilst warranty was still active, as the fault was causing the car to not start on numerous occasions. Took the car in and left it for over a week and the fault was identified by the garage but they wanted further payment to fix it. Asked why as the issues was not resolved when previously at the garage. Paid the garage again and went to collect the car, but the car wouldn't start. Spoke to the garage and explained how disappointed we were and if they know the fault exists, why do they not just fix it. They said we would need to pay. Still under warranty? The staff we dealt with were nice but said their hands were tied. Maybe Senior Management need to stop hiding behind the staff and support them when the right thing should be done. Not what you expect from a main dealer.
