Lack of Coolant.

I have been a customer of Winner for 5 years - getting good service. My Yeti had a major service , cambelt & water pump changed - £940 on the 5th Oct 2022. I didn't get the normal follow up call. About 200 miles on the low coolant sensor came on - there were no leaks. I added 1 litre of anti freeze and a little water. Clearly insufficient coolant had been added after the water pump change. I informed Winner on the 22 November by email - I have had no response. Do I use them in the future - unlikely. John Prince Yeti VX17 LJJ
