DISHONEST MIS-SELLERS

I purchased an Audi Q2 67 plate in September, it was advertised with a full service history and 1 former keeper. The sales advisor assured me that with Audi they keep all their service records online, and I need to request from them. I then expressed my concerns in reading the poor reviews online about mis-selling and advertising incorrect amounts of former keepers - as we all know, this has a huge impact on the sale. I was assured that the reviews had a reason behind them and they were incorrect. Fast forward I purchased the car and to my horror received my new keeper book stating there wasn’t 1 former keeper but infact 3, making me the 4th!! The service history records also came back as incomplete and the car hadn’t been serviced for over 2 years! Whilst making the purchase another customer came in complaining that their car had been under warranty and been in the repairs garage for over 3 months!! An absolute poor decision by myself but I would strongly recommend you steer clear from these scam artists. I am absolutely livid to of been lied to and missold out of £20k! I am now currently looking into taking legal action - quite clearly I am not the only one!
