AVOID: Appalling Customer Service

This man sold me a car described as immaculate, having left me a rude voicemail when I asked for a reduction of £100. On the journey home the car pulled to the left and subsequently developed a loud creaking noise and had a door-length keying scratch on passenger door. . While he honoured the first 2 issues, he said he became abusive and blocked me at the 3rd one. You will notice that every times someone disagrees with him on these reviews, he says they are taking nonsense. He expected me to travel to Bridlington and broke his original pledge that work could be completed nearer to my home in Doncaster. Even the trading officer I spoke to said she’d never come across such rude text messages to a customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
