Excellent Customer Service

I would like to thank Brian Thorpe, Sales Manager, for his excellent customer service. He was extremely courteous, kind and helpful, informing me all the way through the leasing of our Audi A1 ordering and delivery. He set excellent expectations and in fact through his hard work was able to get the delivery of our car far quicker than expected. Nothing was too much trouble and provided a lovely service when he unvailed the Audi A1 at the dealership. I cannot praise him enough. Excellent work Brian. Kind regards, Stewart Jones
