Lies and bad workmanship

Garage was the one my insurance company deferred to after a deer jumped in front of my car. The first courtesy car had wipers with split blades, no water in the wiper tank and misfires. I was told it had just been serviced by MATT, MATT then told me the following week that it was due a service not just had one. The wiper blades were replaced by ourselves. I was also told by MATT that I was only entitled to a "category A courtesy car" I eventually was brought a second courtesy car with working parts. My car was returned a week later than I was told it would take and MATT told me over the phone that he had inspected it before it was returned. The front light was misaligned, the bonnet was twisted and did not fit properly, easily seen by myself. The car was taken straight away back to the garage at which point I got the insurance company involved. They withheld payment and sent an inspector out to the car. I have eventually got my car back. I will be contacting the owner of the garage about the lovely lying MATT, a courtesy car that would have failed an MOT and shoddy workmanship and inflated price to the insurance company. Recommend them? Not on your Nelly, no chance.
