Disappointed

My Hyundai i10 developed a rattle in the engine compartment. I asked this garage to have a look to see if they could find the cause. They phoned to say it was the water pump so trusting that they knew what they were doing agreed for them to replace it. Went to pick it up on a Friday just as they were about to close. Started engine, rattle still plainly obvious. Technician still there that did the work, got him to listen to noise, he said it was not there when he tested it. Had to take car back on Saturday morning and leave it there until Monday. They rang Monday to say to run it and see how it goes! So wasted slot of money for nothing. Have now booked it at the Hyundai dealers in Leicester where I bought it from in 2016. More expense. The good reviews on this garage are all about people buying a used car, only one naff one that I can see. Of course they are are going to be nice to you if you are intending to spend money with them. They may be ok servicing vehicles but be wary if you need a repair. Have not put this on their own website reviews as I doubt they would put it on.
