I dealt with Serenity and she was amazing throughout. Through every step she did her upmost to get me the best deal on a new car and she was very patient with me as I thought about what to do. Serenity was thorough, knowledgeable, reassuring and I am very grateful to her. Once the decision was made to purchase the car, she processed all the paperwork and arranged the new registration very quickly and I have already received the logbook for it. I collected the new car a few days ago and I absolutely know I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend Renault Wirral.
