Sales are brilliant, service dept poor

I have dealt with this dealership for over 20 years and bought numerous cars for both myself and my wife. Sales team are brilliant and it is always a pleasure to deal with ..special shout out to Danny Ferguson. Service has been pretty good over that time and I have to say the car always comes back immaculate….the odd issue here and there but generally pretty good but you are paying premium prices of course. My experience over the last 3 months (2 separate attempted bookings) is quite frankly appalling…..phoned numerous times and no call backs …really feels like they are doing me the favour! My current issue revolves round a puncture for which I paid for the tire insurance….car is immobile and will be now for 6 days because they (the service department) just don’t either a) answer the phone or b) call you back…….customer service ZERO.
