Liars!! Mazda 6 2.2d 2014 gj

Hello, I bought a car from them in June. Namely Mazda 6 2.2d 2014, we agreed to replace filters and oil with sale, which I was kindly informed that had been made. The next day after the pickup, I contacted the seller, asking if he had replaced it, because the oil after driving 10 miles was black as tar and there was a smell of burned filter and oil. Well, partly because of my fault, I accepted the explanation that it was diesel anyway after such a short distance, and as for the smell, he explained that he did not know anything about it and for the first time I heard that such a thing occurs with oil in cars (remind you that these are partly mechanics). Out of my own stupidity, I left it to explain that I last owned a diesel car about 9 years ago, so my knowledge may have deteriorated. In history, a pre-sale oil change was reported to be 8,500 miles ago, which turns out to be another 3,000 miles on the old oil. Recently I had a visit to a mechanic to do a service check and it turned out that the oil stank of burning for a few meters and by the way the oil strainer in the engine was cleaned - I attach a photo of what the bowl looked like after removal. A little poorly considering the main drawback of this engine - a clogging oil strainer in the engine. I got photos but unfortunetly i cannot upload it in here. Trust me, avoid the seller or fight more for yours than me if you plan to buy a car here.
