VERY UNHAPPY
We have are a family of 5 looking for a replacement car today. We went to Hartford because they had a Grand Voyager that would have potentially been good for the amount of traveling we do fully loaded but also with the seats folded as a perfect car for our business. When we first got there, the man was busy so we had a look round and the boys did sit in a car that was open - there were no signs saying they couldn't sit in it but apparently a woman told then that he wouldn't want them sitting in it - so they got out. We went back to find the man to see if we could look at the car and he was very rude as he had a number of people to deal with - he didn't offer for us to look round the car (which couldn't have been taken away as was blocked right in) whilst he test drove with others. He was very rude so we went away as we had plenty of others to look at. Once finished looking at the others, our youngest still wanted to see the car so we went back. This time there were no others so he opened it up for us. We all sat in and then I asked if I could see it with the seats folded down (this the size of loading space is very important for me). He reluctantly did one side of the middle row and when I asked for the back ones to be done he started to get very rude. I asked what the problem was and he carried on being very rude so I got my bag and family and started to leave - he said my kids were out of control and he basically was saying that we were all out of control and that his wife had already sent us away!!!. He was so nasty and unpleasant. I am still very upset that someone could be that horrible. Yes - I swore at him at this point but he really wasn't a pleasant man - clearly doesn't like kids and cannot tell when he has a genuine buyer on his hands. None of us were rude before this happened, we were just looking for a car. I really cannot stress how nasty he was. I will never ever go to this place ever again even if it was the last car place on earth,
