This was the first time using the Motability Scheme and we thought it may be a complicated experience but Frank Robertson made it a breeze. From choosing and ordering our car and filling out paperwork on the first day, to returning to pick up our car and the remaining paperwork when the car arrived Frank kept us right all the way. He explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions easily. He has a very relaxed and friendly approach. We couldn't have had an easier time, he even valued and helped us sell our own unsuitable car to Evans Halshaw ,who gave us a great price and took the car on the day we picked up our Motability car.
