Bought a car from them last year started with the minor issues had to take to them three times and after a few days the problem will come again. Still having the issue with my front driver side wheels I was they will get back to me but they never did. That’s not even the worst part. After 8 months of buying the car the engine got seized. It wis still on very low mileage have checked out by the bmw authorised garage there was major work done on my engine which was not mentioned anywhere not was I informed. I called them with it and they said give us the garage number. After they talked to them asked for a week for manager to come back to work. I never received no call from them. I gave them a call and then they just said you’ve had the car for 8 months and you’ve driven it as well we can’t do anything. Had to go with so much trouble just by buying car from them. I would never have bought car in the first place if I new there was work done on the engine. Very disappointed had to go through a lot of mental stress. Possibly will take legal actions as well.
