My mum bought a car from Granths in October/November 2015 using a car finance company, upon inspection the car seemed a good buy. Within a matter of 3 weeks of that, the cars engine management light came on and the car went into limp mode when my mum was driving along the motorway dropping the speed down to 30mph... She had it checked by a local mechanic who put it on a diagnostic machine and noted a fault code to do with the turbo. She contacted Granths and told them, they said bring it over we will have a look at it, I followed my mum the 30 miles to take the car back as they weren't willing to give her a courtesy car for the day. They had it 2 days in total, they said they had 'fixed' it..... Within a week, same problem, again back to Granths, they had it again for 2 days, the 'problem' they found... Wait for it!!! They found diesel in the petrol tank!! It's a diesel car the thick twats!! This car has been back to the garage a total of 3 times in the 4/5 months my mums had it and now they've moved their business elsewhere! My mum is fighting to get her car fixed by dealing with her car finance company as well as the ombudsman service... £6000 for a car that she can't even take my children or her other grandchildren in or visit because she fears for their safety!! I hope to god you bunch of cowboys are found and dealt with! Ripping of women in their 50s, divorced and working 2 jobs to be able to have something that she thought was a good buy!!! You rude and unprofessional and I wish you every bit of karma that is coming your way as it seems we're not the only unhappy customers!!!!!!!
