Great service

I bought a BMW 1 Series from Gino in June. I've called him on a couple of occasions since (as I'm not mechanically minded) and he's always been more than happy to help. More recently he has gone above and beyond to help me with an issue which fortunately turned out not to be an issue, and in actual fact I've wasted his valuable time and resources (for which I am very sorry), but he was so lovely to me throughout and he didn't bill me for the bits he did kindly complete. His after sales/customer service really is fantastic! I would highly recommend him and will definitely go back when I'm in the market for a new BMW.
