Ridiculous and poor experience purchasin

The electric window switch broke before we left the dealership. Then began a 2.5 month battle chasing them (as we had warranty) to fix it. Eventually it was fixed (along with a loose top mount), but fixed incorrectly. The right window now opens the left and vis-a-versa. When told they had not fixed it correctly, they said 'that's just the way it is' and that it would be too much hassle to fix again despite it being their fault. We've contacted other dealerships who have actually laughed at how ridiculous this is. This has now led to a complaints over phone and email which AXLR8 have ignored. Avoid.
