Do not trust this dealer.

Purchased a used Jaguar XF 2016 from this dealer test drove the car and agreed a price and purchased the car that would have a new MOT and be serviced. Arranged to collect the car one week later. On the 26 September I collected the car. I had drove less then 30 miles and the engine light came on called the dealer and they agreed to have the fault repaired the car was returned the next day and I was assured that they would be in touch with an update. I had to call daily for around 3 weeks to find out what was happening with my car, I requested a refund due to this the Sales manager assured me that they have took the car to Jaguar in Coventry to get this fault repaired and that the car is with jaguar. I had been contacted the Jaguar dealer who informed myself that my car was booked in to have the exhaust system looked at when I asked if they had my car, they explained that they did not have my vehicle. Following that call I contacted the dealer and asked what was happening and told them that Jaguar have just contacted me, and they do not have my car I wanted to know where it was and then I was told that they still had the car in their Stratford branch, but it will be going into Jaguar the following week. The Nox sensor was changed by Hyundai through the warranty several days later they refused to take the car to Jaguar, so I asked for my money back as the car was faulty. Hyundai agreed to take it to Jaguar and assured me that they would make the car and deal right for me. I then agreed and Jaguar checked the repairs carried out to the exhaust and 4 weeks after paying for the care I took ownerships. To my Horror 2 weeks later I was commuting on the motor way and the car became unstable I had to return home and took the car to a Jaguar garage that informed me that he front bushers have deteriorated the garage confirmed that warrant would not cover this so the cost would be £1500 if I had the repairs done. I returned the care to Murley Hyunadi to inform them of the latest fault on the car that I had actual only owned for 2 weeks I asked for the repairs to be carried out or a refund I was that they would look into it for me after chasing the staff for a week I was informed that they could carry out the repairs for £450 but I would need to pay I refused and requested a refund to which I was told I would need to put this in writing and the legal team would be in touch with me. The car dealer is dishonest, and the customer services have been awful I would avoid this dealer ship at all costs they do not value you as a customer or as a person. it is now 2 months after I paid for the car and this is not resolved.
