Waste of time

The dealer promised my son and wife that a problem with the car would be put right by them. As this was their mistake and ever since we have had the car the dealer either doesn’t answer calls or makes up false claims and excuses. I’ll go park the car outside his gate and have it chained up so it can’t be moved.
